Serving Northern Virgina / Washington DC Metro Area Customers Since 1987
On my initial visit, I left with some very good impressions of your business:
You balance a family atmosphere with professionalism so smoothly. You should share that system with other business offices that serve the public.
With your company, the name is not always at the ready on my mind, but the PEOPLE in your company have made a lasting impression.
Without my septic "problems", I would never have met you - nice helpful people. I have known Mike Green a long time. He was the connection.
In everything you can find a blessing!
Thank you! It has been a pleasure working with your company!! I wish everyone was as honest and had the integrity that you have!
I just wanted to say how happy I am with SES. Patrick and the gentleman who came out to repair the cut lines were great. Of all of the different companies that I have to deal with SES has been the most responsive and the most professional. Please pass on my gratitude to all of the team members for a consistent job well done.
We had SES out to do a complete inspection of our septic system particularly our tank which appeared to be cracked or sinking. It was noted during the inspection that the tank was indeed compromised and because of the age it would be best to be replaced. They also suggested moving the tank to another location which would allow us to utilize the area for an extension of the driveway and give us access to a garage area located on the other side of the current tank. Their suggestion to move the tank was one that we had not considered and made great sense.
Once SES obtained the permit from the county they started the work right away. The work done from the digging of the location for the new tank to the removal of the old tank and all of the new piping from the house to the new tank was top notch. Area was graded, seeded and strawed as promised. The contractors involved were all professionals and did quality work. With the tank replacement we should now have another 30 years before having to worry about our septic system. It is our hope that we will not need their services again, but will not hesitate to call them if we do run into a problem.
Repaired non-functioning septic system that was improperly installed by Toll Brothers contractor Settle Construction.
The service was outstanding. I never thought I would be so appreciative of septic system repair services, but this company's personnel are outstanding. Their technician was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and didn't give up until he was certain that all the issues had been resolved. Their office support staff are very friendly and efficient. Prices were good. The quality of the work was outstanding. Septic systems are dirty work and no one likes to be bothered with them, but they are very expensive to repair if they're not properly maintained. Finding a trustworthy company is important.
I don't often get the opportunity to thank those companies that go above and beyond, but I feel quite compelled to do so in this situation. As you and I have already discussed, our septic situation (from the septic pump, to the clog, to the drain field, to the lack of PWC details) was quite complicated.
I cannot express how thankful I am, as well as my family, that you helped and provided, often times immediate responses, to our frustrating situation. I would personally like to thank Sean and Mike Thomas Sr. for their dedication and support to our project. I know there were others that were involved, but the two of them were professional, personable, and had an overall excellent attitude and disposition that put me and my family at ease. They made my family feel comforted and assured that the situation would be resolved.
I would also like to thank you for everything you did to step in and manage this situation. I realize that as the leader of the organization you have many responsibilities, obligations, and limited time in which to accomplish a multitude of things. I appreciate that you took the time to responsively answer my emails and phone calls while I was trying to assess the various pieces of information (or lack thereof) that I had available to me.
I feel confident in knowing that the holistic work that was done, including excavating the distribution boxes, running the cameras, clearing the clog, evaluating the appropriate pump that should be installed, etc., and the education that I received, will result in a more efficient and reliable system for our home and family in the future.
I would like to thank you immensely for your support and dedication to our project. You don't know what it means to finally have this behind us after a month of trying to address this issue.
If I can ever be of help to you, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Great Customer Service!
Over the past few years I have dealt with a lot of companies, for various reasons. All I have to say is I wish there had been a "Greg Stanley" at every HVAC, pool, plumbing, and utility company that I have dealt with.
Having to pay an additional $200 at any other company probably would have driven me up the wall, but for SES I had no problem doing it! You made every effort to accommodate our needs, even when it meant dropping everything and coming out to my house.
I can't express how much your professionalism, urgency, and kindness has meant to us through this process. SES should be used as a model for what true customer service should look like.
Please share this with you team/management and also put a good word in for Trish! ;-)
Thanks again for everything, and I look forward to doing business with you when we move back to the area! (In 3-5 years...)
SES Can Count On My Recommendations
Hi Patrick and Michael,
Your crew finished my septic project this yesterday. I am in a unique position of being retired which allows me to observe everything that goes on at my house during the day. And probably much to the chagrin of your on-site people, I was able to watch very closely the daily happenings and progress of my septic project.
I want you to know that Alex and Ismail are two of the hardest workers I have ever seen. They were parked in my driveway way before their start time. They started promptly at 8 am every day and the equipment was already warmed up. They stopped for lunch with hardly a break and didn't quit until late afternoon. They were definitely dedicated to their project responsibilities. Scott, the electrician, is another of your employees that is deserving of my praise. He has been here on many occasions for different reasons and for this project he completed all the electrical work. Again, he was very professional and personable. Truly the type of employee that every company should strive to have on their payroll. And the whole project came together very nicely with the over-sight of your field manager TA. He was Johnny-on-the-spot guiding every aspect of this project. I would have any of these men work at my house again any time. And thank you for your support over the last few months in managing the preparation stages of the installation of my system. SES can count on my recommendations to anyone who is thinking about engaging in this type of septic project.
Thank you again,
SES is one of only three businesses to be licensed as a Responsible Management Entity. Loudoun County Virginia was the first in the Nation to establish requirements for an RME based on EPA recommendations. SES manages several communities required to have an RME.
