Serving Northern Virgina / Washington DC Metro Area Customers Since 1987
New Regulations were adopted by Loudoun County on November 3, 2008. All non-conventional septic systems permitted prior to that date require an annual inspection before July 1, 2009. If you are an existing SES customer with a current contract do not worry. We will automatically post your required inspection before the July 1, 2009 deadline. If your contract expired within the past 11 months, we will be able to post your inspection results with a contract renewal.
If you're not a current or former SES customer, then ask yourself why not? We have been providing these services to residents all over Northern Virginia for more than 10 years. We have thousands of satisfied customers and here is just what a few of them had to say about us.
"Again we want to thank you for taking care of this Septic issue & allowing us to have peace of mind. Trust me, that's priceless. Connie B, Manassas, Virginia
"Wow Chris, I didn't expect such great service on a weekend. My husband tells me you have it under control, thanks again!" Kelly P., Purcellville, VA
Mike was out here last Saturday even before I noticed the e-mail alert. It was very pleasing to note the smooth operation of the alarm SES installed and the quick response. E. Ward, Haymarket, VA
One of only three firms approved as a Responsible Management Entity for Onsite Septic Systems by the Loudoun County Health Department
SES is one of only three businesses to be licensed as a Responsible Management Entity. Loudoun County Virginia was the first in the Nation to establish requirements for an RME based on EPA recommendations. SES manages several communities required to have an RME.
